The site is about 6 acers, lot of trees and very steep, there is one house at the bottom of the block.
At the top of the block, we want to build another house which will require extensive cut to fill for the building platform and will need retaining walls, in addition trees will have to be removed requiring an arborists report for Manningham council. We will also need an architect to design the project, engineering design and someone to communicate with council and advise us what we have to do next.
