PV Elite Pressure Vessel Evaluation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a qualified PV Elite user to perform a full fitness-for-service evaluation on an existing pressure vessel. All fabrication drawings, material specs and nozzle schedules are already in hand, so you can jump straight into modelling without guess-work.
Scope
• Build or validate the vessel model in PV Elite using the documents I will provide.
• Run a complete assessment in line with current ASME Section VIII Div 1 methodology (or the appropriate code you recommend).
• Highlight any overstressed areas, corrosion allowances that need adjustment, and possible rerating options.
Deliverables I expect
• The native PV Elite file with all inputs clearly documented.
• A calculation report (PDF) showing inputs, intermediate results and final utilisation ratios.
• A concise executive summary outlining remaining life, repair or de-rating recommendations and next steps.
I’ll supply the drawings as soon as we start. If anything is unclear during modelling, let me know early so we can clarify. My goal is a clear, defensible report I can hand to our inspection team and regulators without revision.
