Electrical riser diagram with engineering stamp

I am looking for an electrical engineer that is licensed in the state of Texas. He must create an electrical riser diagram for a residential building with 1-2 floors. The diagram must be detailed with labels and annotations for all components. The qualified individual must demonstrate expertise in creating electrical riser diagrams, while maintaining all applicable electrical codes and standards. Additionally, the engineer must have experience working in residential structures. Must aslo have an engineering stamp for approval in the state of Texas.
