I need an electrical engineer who is comfortable living inside MATLAB / Simulink and knows power-electronics control theory in practice.

This project develops a MATLAB/Simulink model of a multi-converter renewable energy microgrid to analyze power sharing, voltage–frequency regulation, and system stability under strong grid, weak grid, and distributed operation. Each renewable unit is interfaced through a voltage source converter (VSC) and controlled using a hierarchical structure consisting of PLL-based synchronization, dq-frame control, active and reactive power calculation, and droop control.

Primary droop control enables decentralized power sharing among parallel converters, while inner current control ensures fast and stable tracking of reference signals. The model allows evaluation of system performance during load variations and grid strength changes. Simulation results demonstrate effective power sharing and improved voltage and frequency regulation, validating the proposed control strategy.
