Diode Thermal Simulation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a thermal simulation for a 2-lead diode in a DFN package using Cadence. The goal is to predict thermal performance, and I need computations for Theta Ja and Theta Jc.
Key Requirements:
- Both steady-state and transient simulations. (Mostly transient.)
- Use Cadence for the simulation
- Predict thermal performance accurately
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Cadence thermal simulation
- Experience with both steady-state and transient thermal analysis
- Strong understanding of thermal metrics, specifically Theta Ja and Theta Jc
Once accepted, a step file and die stack dimensions and electrical characteristics and material properties will be provided.
