Design sawmill

I'm looking for someone to design a sawmill for me. With regards to design, efficiency is important to me, and I don't have any particular style desired or reference designs to work from. My timeline for completion of the project is more than 3 months. I'm hoping to find a designer who can can help give my project the attention and care it needs to be successful.
