I'm looking for an experienced electrical engineer to design a Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) with essential safety features. The circuit should be designed and optimized for size, bulk production, manufacturability.

Key Specifications:
- Input: 185V to 270V AC, 50/60Hz
- Output:
--No Load: 12V +/- 0.2V DC, 2A, 24W
-- Full Load 12V +/- 0.4V DC, 2A, 24W
- Approximate Dimension - 60mm x 35mm x 25mm

Mandatory Protection Features:
- Over Current Protection
- Surge Protection
- Over Temperature Protection
- Over Load Protection

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in SMPS design
- Strong background in electrical safety standards
- Experience with protection circuits

I want the following files in KiCAD:
- Schematic
- Bill of Material (Should contain the only TH components available in India)
- PCB Layout (Single Layer, Single Side)
- 3D View
- Panel to fit in 150 mm x 250 mm (V-Cut)
- Gerber files of Single PCB and full panel separately

Box Package Design
- Plastic Box Design Like HiLink Modules with push-lock feature (3D Printable + Bulk Manufacturing)
