DSN : build an xml file base on Dsn description

I am looking for a talented freelancer to build an XML file based on a DSN description. The required source code and documentation when the project is complete must be provided by the freelancer. In their application, they must include a detailed project proposal to be considered. If selected, they will need to write and execute the project in XML 1.0 or XML 1.1. The successful freelancer must be detailed-oriented and have a strong background in java technology.
