Custom ASIC Miner -- 2

We want to create our own custom ASIC Miner similar to Antminer E9 or Innosilicon A11, Innosilicon A10 or Linzhi Phoenix, available in the market. Anyone who is able to provide the end-to-end solution or consulting is welcome with their inputs or bids.
the ASIC Miner should get over 2500 MH/S.
