US PE Curtain Wall Review
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’ve completed the curtain wall design for a new commercial building and now need a U.S.–licensed Professional Engineer to put the final seal on it.
What I already have
• Full architectural drawings and detailed structural calculations, packaged and ready for review.
• Confirmation that the design meets all applicable local building codes.
What I need from you
1. Conduct a professional review of the drawings and calculations to verify structural adequacy and code compliance.
2. Provide any minor mark-ups or clarification notes required to satisfy permit officials.
3. Stamp and sign the final set (or issue a signed engineering letter) using your active U.S. PE license, making sure the seal is acceptable to U.S. building departments.
4. Supply a digital copy of your license for the permit file.
Ideal background
• Current registration as a Professional Engineer in the United States—curtain wall or façade experience preferred.
• Familiarity with IBC, ASCE 7, AAMA guidelines, and typical state/local submittal requirements.
