can you help me with the design of a door track in concrete.
The Shed width is 22m.
I would like to put 3x "C" channels into a concrete floor as large door tracks.
In the rough drawing everything in yellow will be concrete. I will have a 50mm x4 plate welded under channel to keep track spacing correct and will only have this every 2 meters roughly. I will have machinery driving over tracks up to about 20 tonnes. This machinery is mostly farm machinery with very large flat tyres. Biggest load might be my wheel loader about 20 tonnes. It will be on top of heavy clay soil in Western Australia, (very dry and hard) It would be parts of a concrete floor of 200mm deep. The floor might not happen for a few years so the concrete footing for the door tracks will have compacted gravel next to it for a while. I hope you can help.
