Concept study and model of RAS Load Testing using portable hydraulics simple machine which can be used onboard Ships

Here’s what I expect from you. First, translate the applicable naval standards into a clear, step-by-step test procedure that can be executed at sea or alongside without permanent ship alterations. You will specify the portable hydraulic rams, chain blocks, calibrated load cells, spreader beams and any other simple machines required, keeping the overall rig compact enough to manoeuvre through narrow passages and quick to re-rig between stations.
Once the gear list is agreed, I’ll need all calculations that justify sling angles, pad-eye reactions and safety factors. During testing you will supervise the set-up remotely or in person, capture load traces, and immediately advise if any readings deviate from tolerance. Finally, compile a concise report with photographs, raw data, calibration certificates and a sign-off page ready for the ship’s staff and flag-state surveyor.
Acceptance criteria:
• Procedure aligns with current naval RAS and Lloyd’s Register guidelines.
• All equipment rated ≥120 % of the 17 ton test load and certified within the last 12 months.
• Final report delivered in PDF within 48 hours of the last test, containing complete data and clear pass/fail statements for each point.
