Comprehensive Residential Renovation

My business renovates kitchens and bathrooms so we occasionally get a full remodel. For the first time in 8 years I had a building department ask me for signed/sealed plans from an engineer. I personally don't need drawings done, so I just need any critiques/changes and for my plans to be sealed by a FL engineer. Thank you!
