Composite Zipline & Ropes Engineering

Job ID: 40375946

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I’m building a new adventure park and need a structural engineer who can take my ropes-course and zip-line concepts all the way from safety calculations to permit-ready drawings. Rough sketches and partial plans already exist for several sections, while other elements still need to be designed from the ground up, so you’ll be switching seamlessly between review/optimisation work and clean-sheet creation.

All primary members, platforms, anchor points and connection details will be fabricated in composite materials. If you have previously specified pultruded or moulded FRP profiles, worked with hybrid composite-steel interfaces, or certified composite load paths for dynamic attractions, that’s exactly the sort of expertise I’m after. Your calculations must satisfy current adventure-park standards (e.g. EN 15567, ACCT, or ASTM F2959—whichever is most appropriate for our region) and be presented clearly enough for the local authority and my installation crew to follow without additional clarification.

Deliverables
• Finalised structural drawings in DWG/PDF
• Stamped calculations and load-case summaries
• Brief installation notes highlighting any composite-specific handling requirements

Once we agree on milestones, I’ll share the existing CAD files, site survey and concept sketches so you can get started right away.
