Complete or Build New Power BI Dashboard

We have had a Power BI Dashboard built for us. It works, it is almost finished, but we haven't quite got what we need and the original developer wants to do other things. We are a small firm of engineering consultants and we are trying to make some changes to it. I don't know if it is a lot of work or just a bit of work. Here I am looking for interest to at least take a look at it.
