Civil/Geotechnical Engineer Needed for Analysis

I'm in need of a skilled Civil or Geotechnical Engineer who can provide a detailed analytical analysis report. The specifics of the analysis will be discussed once the project commences.
Scope of Work:

Conduct a rigorous upper bound analysis based on provided data and methodologies.
Formulate the analytical approach for single, double, and triple-layer reinforced foundations.
Analyze and compare the bearing capacities using Hansen's bearing capacity equation.
Integrate the opening ratio of geogrid and the modulus of sandy soil (Es) with the modulus of geogrid (Eg) into the analysis.
Ensure the accuracy of all equations and provide detailed documentation of the procedures and assumptions.
Requirements:

Strong background in civil or geotechnical engineering, with a focus on soil mechanics and foundation engineering.
Proficiency in using analytical methods for geotechnical design.
Ability to interpret complex mathematical equations and theoretical concepts.
Experience with geogrid reinforcement techniques is a plus.
Deliverables:

A detailed report including all calculations, assumptions, and methodologies used in the analysis.
Comparisons and visual representations (charts/graphs) of results for different reinforcement cases.
