Charcoal Plant Layout & ANSYS -- 2
Budget: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 INR
I already have a working concept for a small-to-medium charcoal production plant, including preliminary 2D drawings and mass-balance notes. What I now need is a seasoned designer who can take that raw material and turn it into a truly professional package, with particular attention to the functional layout.
Your main mandate is to reorganize the equipment, flows and access points so that the overall workflow is fully optimised—minimal handling, clear maintenance corridors and a logical progression from feedstock preparation through carbonisation to final packaging. Once the revamped layout is set, I also want the critical sections tested in ANSYS. The simulations should show whether my proposed supports, ducts and reaction chambers can handle the expected thermal and mechanical loads without bottlenecks or safety issues.
Deliverables
• Updated plant layout in CAD (native file + PDF)
• ANSYS models, input files and mesh settings
• Short simulation report with screen captures, key stress/temperature plots and your brief engineering commentary
• A handover call or annotated video walkthrough so I can fully understand your decisions and results
I will supply: initial drawings, throughput targets and all design assumptions as soon as the project starts. If you can quickly spot layout shortcuts, back them up with clear ANSYS evidence, and package everything so I can forward it straight to investors, let’s get started.
