CamWorks Post for Trak RX5 -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a custom CamWorks post processor tailored to a Trak DPM-RX5 bed mill. The post must output proven G-code that the ProtoTRAK controller accepts without manual edits and, it has to handle 4th-axis pre-indexing.
I will be testing with a few real parts, so the code should follow modified Fanuc-style structure that ProtoTRAK excepts. I rely heavily on CamWorks and the G-Code should output without the need for manual edits or produce a crash or an out-of-limits fault, it must reflect what happens at the machine.
Deliverables
• CamWorks *.ctl, & .lng file set ready to load
• All editable source files generated in EC Edit including .scr & .lib.
• A short PDF/TXT change log explaining key blocks and variables you modified
• Two sample CamWorks part files (supplied be me) and their exported NC programs that demonstrate 4th-axis indexing; they must run on my RX5 without alarms
Acceptance
I will confirm the post by running the supplied NC on my Trak and inspecting positioning accuracy on each operation and index. No feed errors.
The sooner I can drop this post into our shop’s workflow, the better—let me know your timeline for first test cuts.
