Calendar for manufacturing planning

My idea is to have the following excel in a more suitable and automatic template... Basically is just the apple calendar but with the days divided in 3 (because we work in 3 shifts).
Features very useful: possibility to drag, split of enlarge the bars (which are the days required to produce the product). Do you think is possible?
