COMSOL Mechanical Simulation Expertise -- 3
Budget: $14 – $30 NZD
I am setting up a mechanical study in COMSOL Multiphysics and need a complete simulation workflow—from defining the physics and material data through solving, post-processing, and documenting the results.
The goal is still flexible: the study might focus on stress, thermal, or even coupled fluid–structure effects, depending on what we confirm once you review the geometry and boundary conditions I already have. Likewise, the part itself could be a structural bracket, rotating machine element, or a lightweight aerospace surface; we will lock this down together during kickoff. You should therefore be comfortable switching between Structural Mechanics, Heat Transfer, and CFD modules as the final scope dictates.
Deliverables (all in the latest stable COMSOL version):
• The fully parameterised .mph model with clear domain, boundary, and mesh definitions
• A short PDF/Word note (2–3 pages) explaining assumptions, solver settings, convergence checks, and key findings
• Screenshots or exported plots of essential results (stress contours, temperature fields, flow paths, etc.)
I will supply the geometry file, loads, and any test data I have the moment the project starts. Please allow for one revision cycle after I review the results so we can fine-tune meshing or material properties if needed.
