CFD physic simulation of hydraulic turbine

Need to use any on-line simulator to create simulation of X water enter turbine from Hight Y. so we can calculate the rpm of turbine and the size of pipe.
sample:
we have 10m3 water per minute in Hight of 1m. w want to calculate the best pipe size and turbine way and how much electricity can be created
Need to simulate waves and sizes with inputs that we can change
