In this project, our requirement revolves around developing a Python program that can interface with a CCTV camera. The program should detect Indian truck number plates from the live feed and on detection, perform the subsequent actions:
- Detect and identify the number plate of the truck.
- Timestamp the detection moment precisely.
- Capture a snapshot from the live feed at the time of plate detection.
- Dispatch a WhatsApp alert to the associated truck representative comprising the truck's number plate, a snapshot, and the accurate timestamp.
I need the recommendation for hardware also and step by step guide about how to make it a running program
