Building a prototype

I am looking for someone to help build a prototype with both physical and digital components. The primary purpose of the prototype is to present it to potential investors, but I am open to suggestions on how to best achieve this goal. I am open to hearing from potential freelancers on what technologies and materials should be used, and am looking for someone who is experienced in building prototypes to help me get this product to market. The product is a device that attaches to a door or above a door in a house. The device would close the door if you push a button on your phone or on a remote. It would not close the door unless you press a button.
