Build and ship to me BLDC motor with needed circuitary to run it in forward and reverse direction. -- 2

BLDC motor -coil winding as stator (outside) and permanent hollow cylinderical shape magnet as rotor (inside at center) and maintain 3mm spacing at least. It needs to be able to run i.e, 10 rotations forward + 10 rotations reverse = 1 complete cycle, where number of rotations should be adjustable as if needed. BLDC motor power ratings 5v/12v DC and powerful enough to be able to lift approx 1kg load.
