Build me an integration with Tally System to pull up financial data to my system

I need to integrate an application with Tally system to pull up financial data from the system to my application through json api. The data can be pulled for all entities into the system. The integration shouldnt be locked to licenses. I need this done in 2 weeks max and delivered by testing.
