Build a Conversational ASR NLU NLP virtual assistant focused

We are looking for a virtual assistant that incorporates Conversational ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), NLU (Natural Language Understanding), and NLP (Natural Language Processing) technologies. This virtual assistant has to be focused on our company's knowledge base.
Requirements:
Phase 1: virtual assistant functionality with conversational capabilities.
Phase 2 (or optionally, Phase 1 as well): Voice-to-text and text-to-voice interaction.
100% responsive design, focused on mobile devices.
Integration with our knowledge base and 3dexperience portal.
Ability to display documents, texts, and videos among the results.
Ability to summarize English PDFs to Spanish.
Interface or appearance should be HTML-based, resembling a landing page with attractive and impressive corporate and technological presentation of results.
Ability to transfer or escalate to human interaction for support.
Professional formatting and storage of conversation history.
Integration with Google Calendar to read and display availability options for scheduling appointments with sellers.
