Overview:
We are seeking an experienced contractor to develop and integrate beacon technology into our existing admin panel, built on Zend Framework 1 (PHP). The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience working with beacon technology and a strong understanding of Zend 1 architecture.
This role is critical to the success of our platform launch and requires both technical expertise and the ability to deliver clean, well-documented code.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a fully functional beacon technology system for our merchant platform
• Integrate beacon functionality seamlessly into our existing Zend 1 admin panel
• Ensure secure, scalable, and stable performance across various environments
• Provide clear documentation of all code and implemented functionality
• Work collaboratively with our internal dev team for handover and testing
Requirements:
• Proven experience implementing beacon technology (including BLE protocols)
• Strong proficiency in PHP and Zend Framework 1
• Ability to reverse-engineer or work within legacy systems with clean structure
• Familiarity with merchant offer distribution and admin interface design
• Clear communication, accountability, and ability to work autonomously
• Must provide estimated timelines and pricing breakdown in quote
Deliverables:
• Complete integration of beacon management tools into the admin panel
• Merchant interface for beacon offer setup and deployment
• Admin control for activation/deactivation and tracking beacon triggers
• Technical documentation and handover to our internal team
