BFF Steel Home Design

Im designing an ultra modern, eco friendly, steel prefabricated home that can be erected for less than $70 a square foot. I currently have 10 parcels zoned for residential that I'd like to build identically. The goal is to streamline the process and get the cost down as low as possible without compromising the integrity of the property. I need an architect to take the design and prepare it to submit for building permits.
