Autoplay video mp4 with audio (trick)

Hello, i need to implement a trick in order to bypass audio video block
In short i need autoplay video with audio currently blocked by default by browser.
I have 2 files. The first one is the video with no audio. The second one is the audio of the video.
My idea is to autoplay the audio in background like i have in this website https://www.arielgaragorri.com/it/lavori/
but in addition must be in sync with video progress so video and audio should start at the same time after page load
