Automated Gift Card Balance Checker

I need a system to check multiple gift card balances every hour and send notifications via SMS/email and notify once balance is detected. This should be set up on a Raspberry Pi as a turnkey solution.

Key Requirements:
- Check balances for:
- Store-specific gift cards
- Visa/MasterCard gift cards
- Frequency: Every hour
- Notifications via SMS and Email
- Provide card information and balance once found
