Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a full set of architectural drawings for a residential building permit in Pinellas, Florida. These drawings should be comprehensive and detailed, covering all necessary elements for a permit application.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in creating architectural drawings
- Familiarity with the permit process in Pinellas, Florida
- Experience with residential building designs
- Knowledge of the required elements for permit applications

The scope is to:
1. Determine the zoning inorder to establish the number of units permitted by Pinellas.
2. Prepare a full set of drawing inc energy calcs - set back - elevations to the satisfaction of the City.
3. My MAX offer is $500 - payable as follows: $125 milestone when the number of units is established.
$250 when teh full set is ready - stamped for submission to City.
$125 upon approval by City or MAX within 4 weeks.
