Architect for 3-Storey Commercial Building
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm in need of an Architect/draughtsman who can create a detailed CAD design for a 3-storey commercial building with a basement. The building must be designed with a lift and full mobility access, along with a comprehensive fire safety system. The ideal candidate will have to have experience in building industry experience in designing similar commercial buildings architecture and can provide a CAD portfolio of past work.
Key Requirements:
* Design must incorporate wheelchair ramps, elevators with accessibility features, and Braille signage for complete mobility access.
* Fire safety systems must include both an advanced fire hydrant system and an automated sprinkler system.
Skills and Experience:
* Proficient in CAD software with proven architectural design experience.
* Previous experience in designing commercial buildings, particularly 3-storey structures, is highly desirable.
* Knowledge and experience in designing for full mobility access is essential.
* Experience with designing integrated fire safety systems is a plus.
