Review of a paper on a Rotating Space Station Design

Hi,
I wrote a non-scholarly paper titled “A Perspective on a Rotating Space Station using Classical Mechanics providing Artificial Gravity” that needs a review. The paper foments on motion mechanics and the Laws of Conservation, so the math is basic. This led to a novel approach on what necessitates a rotating space station. It covers a lot of territory beyond the gyro math, from construction, perpetual motion, reference frames to urban layout.
The design directly competes against current dogma, so a visionary is desired. I’m not sure what the deliverable will be, but obviously looking for something to move this project forward. And also identify any glaring error…
