kitchen chimney breast removal

hello - we are a 1936, 3 bed semi detached in Stirling & in the final stages of agreeing new kitchen design / refit. We need an unused small sized chimney breast removed to allow more room. This is currently behind plasterboard. it is a joining wall with neighbour. Looking for drawing to submit to council for building warrant, and associated sign off paperwork once work completed
