Wind Report _ Seaside Bungalow Balcony Structures

I have completed the 2-D AutoCAD layout for a seaside bungalow, including an exterior slab Balcony Structures that carries an aluminium panel ceiling fixed to a 50 × 50 × 1.5 mm steel grid. What I now need is a clear, engineer-signed wind analysis report.

Scope
The structure sits a few metres from the shoreline, so I must know how the grid, fixings and panel system will behave under winds in the 100–150 km/h range. The report must evaluate hurricanes, heavy rains and the normal coastal breeze, all checked against recognised international standards (e.g. ASCE 7, Eurocode, or any equivalent you prefer).

Please base the calculations on my existing DWG files, then translate the findings into practical recommendations—member sizing confirmations, connection details, anchor spacing, and any extra bracing if required. Software such as SAP2000, STAAD, ETABS or similar is fine as long as the output is reproducible and references the same coordinate system I used in AutoCAD.

Deliverables
• Calculation package showing wind load derivation, pressure coefficients and load combinations
• Structural check of the 50 × 50 × 1.5 mm grid and its supports
• Summary sheets with pass/fail results and recommended upgrades (if any)
• PDF report stamped or digitally signed by a qualified engineer, plus native files for peer review
