Texas PE-Stamped Structural and plumbing Revisions

I have an existing set of MEP AND structural drawings that now need a fresh review and PE stamp from an engineer currently licensed in the State of Texas. Your task is to revise the structural sheets themselves—checking member sizes, notes, details and any calculations you consider necessary—so the final package is ready for building-department submission without further edits from my side.
I will supply:
• The current PDF and CAD files of the structural set
• Any reference documents you request (survey, geotech report, architectural background, etc.)
I need back:
• Updated drawings in both CAD and PDF formats, bearing your Texas PE seal and signature
• A concise calculation package (PDF) that supports the revisions you made, if calculations were required by your review
Schedule and communication can be flexible, but I would like to move quickly once you receive the files. Let me know your estimated turnaround and the information you’ll need up front so we can get started.
