Texas PE Civil Engineer Needed to Review & Seal Civil Plans (Galveston County)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm seeking a Texas-licensed Civil Engineer (PE) to review and seal civil plans for a warehouse project in unincorporated Galveston County.
Scope includes minor grading and drainage, with no detention pond required. The drafter has completed plans in Civil 3D, ready for PDF review. We only need review, redline (if needed), and PE seal.
Requirements:
- Licensed PE in Texas
- Familiar with unincorporated permitting
- Able to seal final set (3–5 sheets)
- Provide digital seal on PDF
