require a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registered with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) to review, design, and provide a sealed/stamped engineered drawing for a concrete masonry bond beam lintel to the following preliminary specifications:
Preliminary Design Parameters:
bond beam block reinforced with horizontal rebar to create a concrete beam instead of steel angle lintel

Block size- 240mm
Opening size- 1000mm
Grout- 25MPA
Rebar- 2 bars @ 15M over hang opening size 200mm on both sides
Deliverables Required:

Engineered lintel design confirming adequacy of the above for specified loading conditions (to be provided/discussed)
Load capacity verification including dead load, live load, and any applicable superimposed loads per CSA S304-14
Sealed and signed detail drawing(s) suitable for building permit submission in Ontario, including elevation, cross-section, reinforcement schedule, and construction notes
Design calculations package (for record/permit review)
