SolidWorks Commercial Gas Range Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a full, production-ready SolidWorks model of a stainless-steel commercial gas range that can go straight from screen to shop floor. The unit must feature multiple burners on the cook-top and be engineered for laser-cut sheet-metal fabrication, welded sub-assemblies, and straightforward final assembly that will pass CE certification for restaurant equipment.
I’ll supply burner specifications, control components, and any branding dimensions once we start. Your job is to translate those into a robust, parametric SolidWorks design that includes all necessary tolerances, gasketing, ventilation details, and fasteners so the fabricator can quote and build without guesswork.
Deliverables
• SolidWorks native 3D model with full feature tree and sheet-metal flat patterns
• Complete 2D technical drawings (dimensions, weld symbols, GD&T where relevant)
• Exploded assembly drawings and step-by-step assembly sequence
• BOM with material and finish call-outs aligned to stainless-steel grades we choose
• Neutral file exports (STEP, IGES, and laser-ready DXF for every cut part)
I expect clear communication, short design-for-manufacture feedback loops, and files that open error-free in SolidWorks 2022+. If you’ve already taken equipment through CE or similar compliance, let me know—that experience will be a big plus.
