Skylight Proposal Drawings + 3D Visualization (Villa Roof)

I am looking for a freelancer to prepare proposal drawings and 3D visualizations for a curved skylight to be installed on a villa roof at +8.00 m height . A layout sketch will be provided.

Skylight general arrangement plan

2 sections and basic details

Glass panel layout

Steel frame concept and aluminium mullion fixing

Flashing detail (1.2 mm aluminium sheet with 200 mm slope)

3D Model & Visualization

3D model of skylight (steel frame + aluminium mullions + glass)

2 - 4 realistic renders (exterior roof view and interior view)

Steel RHS structure (powder coated, bolted connections)

Aluminium mullions 50×50 mm (non-thermally broken)

Glass Premium IGU 31.52 mm

Installation height +8.00 m
