Pan Conveyor Drive Design Help

I’m in the middle of engineering a set of industrial pan conveyors and the last piece I need to lock down is the drive system. The line will run continuously in a dusty, high-load environment, so the electric-motor package has to be rock-solid on durability and reliability while staying straightforward to service when downtime does eventually arrive.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Verify the required power, torque, and starting forces for the pans and chain based on my conveyed-material data.
• Select a suitably rated electric motor, gearbox, and coupling set, showing safety factors and service class choices.
• Provide a concise installation drawing or 3-D model section (STEP or SolidWorks) that drops into my existing layout.
• Outline the routine maintenance points—lubrication intervals, access clearances, quick-swap components—so my maintenance team knows exactly what they’re in for.
• Supply a short written justification covering standards or calculations you relied on (AGMA, ISO, etc.) so I can sign off internally.
I’ll share conveyor geometry, loading charts, and any CAD you need as soon as we start. Let’s make sure this drive keeps the pans moving year after year without headaches.
