I need a complete structural package for a new industrial building designed in reinforced concrete. The scope begins with creating the architectural layout—no drawings exist yet—so you will start by proposing a practical plan that fits typical industrial workflows and then carry it straight through to final structural documentation.
Once the basic layout is agreed, I will rely on you for full structural analysis in STAAD Pro, detailed member design, and the foundation scheme. All calculations, models, and drawings must remain consistent from concept through footing details so that a local contractor can build directly from your output.
Deliverables will therefore include:
• Editable STAAD Pro model with all load cases
• Signed-off calculation report (PDF + native files)
• General arrangement and reinforcement drawings in DWG/PDF
• Foundation layout, schedules, and section details
