Illinois PE-Stamped Drainage Plan
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I have a commercial project that has triggered a 1400 improvement threshold because we added gravel to a vacant lot zoned M1. The city has called this a “impervious surface”. I need an Illinois-licensed civil engineer to put their professional seal on a water-flow diagram that serves as the site drainage plan. The drawing must satisfy 2018 IBC code and the local storm-water ordinance so the municipality will accept it without comment.
I will supply the preliminary layout (DWG and PDF) along with grading information, existing utility locations, and runoff calculations. Your role is to review the material, make any tweaks needed to meet State and municipal requirements, and return a stamped plan ready for permit submission.
Deliverables:
• Signed and Illinois PE-stamped PDF (24 x 36)
• file with any revisions clearly marked
• Brief memo summarising modifications and confirming compliance
