Home addition

“Eliu_HernandezHouse_potential_drawings” has an aerial view of the house with the marked location of the desired addition on page 1. Page 2 shows the bottom level of the addition, living room on the right side and laundry room on the left. Page 3 has the upper level with an approximate layout (open to advise on rearranging anything). The upper level I would like a master bedroom/closet/full bath and office, the rest of the space for a small living area. Page 4 has the inside view of the house with a small summary.
