Floor plan drawing

I am looking for a freelancer to draw a commercial floor plan. I have no existing layout drawings and the area I need drawn is more than 1000 square feet. I am targeting a professional, accurate and timely delivery of the floor plan. Please provide a sample work and estimated timeline for completion if interested.
