Elevated Walkway Design

I need a mechanical engineer to design an elevated walkway that travels on a suspended track from one end of a room to another. The walkway should be made of aluminum and incorporate additional safety features like guardrails and an emergency stop system.
Requirements:
- Aluminum construction
- Suspended track system
- Safety features: guardrails, emergency stop system
-Room Size is 18 ' x 18 '
-walk board size is 24" wide
-walk board weight capacity is 500 lbs minimum
-motion must be produced by an electric motor
-Goal is to have a very smooth glide
