Design of a pumping station with a heat exchanger in accordance with ASME B31.3 and ISO standards.
According to the technical specifications, you need to design a pumping station with a heat exchanger.
The task set includes 2 folders: an example of the implementation of a similar project and all the necessary information for designing a new pumping station.

PID (functional hydraulic diagram);
List of components of the hydraulic diagram;
Example of the design of general arrangement drawings + specification
Example of the design of welded frame and pipelines drawings + specification
Folder “New Design”
The input documentation for the project includes:
PID (functional hydraulic diagram);
List of components of the hydraulic diagram;
Technical information on the components of the pumping station from the catalogs;
Sketch of the conceptual design of the new pumping station in .ifc format
Project requirements:
SolidWorks 2025 design software
ISO drawing standard
All technical documentation and drawings must be developed in accordance with ASME B31.3 and ISO standards.
All pipes must comply with EN 1.4307/AiSI 303L.
The pumping station frame must include anti-corrosion protection of steel structures in accordance with ISO standards.
All materials (such as pipes, beams, screws, nuts, etc.) must comply with ISO standards.
Pumping stations must be designed as a single unit for ease of maintenance and transportation.
3D models of purchased standard products must be downloaded from the manufacturer's website independently.
The pumping station must be equipped with the necessary vibration dampers in accordance with ISO standards.
The pumping station design must provide space for a control panel with an automation and control system for the entire system.
The output documentation set includes:
A set of 3D assembly and subassembly files for the pumping station
A set of 2D assembly drawings for the pumping station
3D models of all parts for manufacturing
A set of 2D drawings according to the examples
Bill of materials (BOM) for all units and subassemblies.
