NC Deck Appendix G Engineer

I already have a finished set of drawings for a 12' × 16' wood deck that will serve purely as a recreational space. What I’m missing is a North Carolina-licensed professional engineer who can review the plans and complete, sign, and seal the Appendix G form specifically for the deck footers.

The footers are designed at 16 inches square with a total depth of 10 inches. I simply need your professional verification that this configuration meets North Carolina Residential Code requirements and the county’s permitting checklist. Once you’re satisfied, I’ll need the finalized Appendix G in a PDF with your digital seal and signature; if the county also asks for an original wet-sealed page, let me know and I’ll provide a mailing address.

All structural details are already plotted, so the scope is limited to your code review, any minor red-line notes you believe are necessary, and delivery of the signed Appendix G. Turnaround within a week is ideal, but I can be flexible if you let me know up front.
