Prepares BIM model for architectural, structural and MEP from LOD 100 – LOD 400
using Autodesk Revit.
Preparing Architectural Plan
From 2d plan it will be imported to autodesk revit to create a 3D view model to conceptualize, and visualize the project before to be implement and to be constructed base on architecture International building code and standards. Such as collaborating all architectural works wall setting, reflected ceiling plan, wall mounting heights for outlets and switches of the light, including water closet, lavatory, shower rain, soap holder, floor drain, kitchen sink, tile setting, window and door schedules, paint and finishes of walls and floors.
Preparing Structural Plan
Structural 2d plan from autocad will be imported in autodesk revit to create a 3D view model to visualize civil work plans. Using autodesk software we can externalize the creation of foundation from excavation to masonry works, bored pilling, pile cap setting, tie beam lay out setting, sewer manhole lines, culvert drainage system, column to joist connections using wood and steel I-beams connections. It can also identify the details of rebar structure such as rebar spacing, rebar cutting, and rebar splicing (continuous and discontinuous), rebar bending and concrete pouring. All structural details and standards are primitive based on international structural building codes and laws.
Preparing MEP Plan
MEP is compose of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing. This trades are more complex to be modeled in autodesk revit, since this three trades are more relaying on the system and on the design of the said project. Electrical trade is compose of power and lighting of the building, while mechanical is on heating ventilating air –conditioning (HVAC) system and plumbing is on waste and water penetration services. Here it includes the fire protection and sanitary control system.
Generate request for information for conflicts, clashes and clarifications that need to be resolved in all trades.
Responsible in updating the BIM based from the resolved clashes to come up with a clash free BIM.
Convert the final CSD plan (clash free) from revit to autocad file.
Prepares shop drawing according to design IFC’s.
Generates shop drawing from BIM model.
Coordinates with product data for incorporation into shop drawings.
Updates BIM from level to development 300 to 500.
Prepares As-built drawings.
Ensures the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of the department and project
Assignments.
Analytical thinking skills with the capacity of identifying, scrutinizing, improving and recognizing complex work processes.
Have good written and oral communication skills in English.
Has good background in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Draft sight, Autodesk Revit 2015,
Google sketchup, operates machine and installing electronic and electrical wirings.,
Has knowledge in Programmable Logic Computer (PLC) and Refrigeration.
Has good leadership, patience and approachable.
Enable to work independently, loyal and hard working.
Capable driver with license
