Commercial Building Structural Analysis

Hello,
I am an Architect from IL. and also licensed in WI. I have done several one story Dunkin building like the one attached in Illinios. These are very simple structures with no drama conditions.
This was the first one I have had to apply for a building permit in Racine that requires an E-Plan review. The gentleman reviewing my plans has not been very cooperative. I had details of connections etc and spec's.
He is requiring that I provide structural calculations.
I have used CORE 4 on a few projects but this one will not fit in their que.
If you would be interested to provide a quote for the calculations, I would greatly appreciate it.
The project is ready to go as soon as we agree on the schedule, and I’m available for quick clarifications while you work.
